Old Town Animal Care Center is located directly South of Lincoln Park. In fact, we are just across the street on the South side of W. North Ave. Find us between N. Mohawk St. and N. Cleveland Ave. First-come, first-serve, parking is available in our lot as well as non-metered parking along the street. We look forward to helping your pet!

Dr. Tony Kremer is our co-founder and practicing owner — plus a media personality to boot. As the owner of nine animal hospitals throughout the Chicago area and the co-founder of a life-saving organization, Dr. Kremer has put his heart and soul into veterinary medicine.
